Wisdom Quote

"It isn't the mountains ahead that we have to climb up, that wear you out; it's the grain of sand in your shoe." Sadaf Gul

"When will everyone understand that words can cut as sharply as any Knife, and that those cuts leave scars upon our souls in our hearts." Sadaf Gul

In one of my quotes I mention, it’s not about climbing up the mountain, and feeling tired, and your legs hurting from building muscle. That is a healthy activity and it's good for you, but our minds think about the hurting of it not the good part of it which gives you more energy and possibly a longer life. When the thing that is actually hurting us is the grains of sand that gives us blisters.

My Second Quote states that people don’t understand that, it hurts more to majority of us when we are talked smacked too than punched. People don’t understand that a verbal attack could cut deeper than a physical attack. When we are cussed at, it gets in to our head and we feel bad about our self, and our self respect goes down, which takes a very long time to recover from. Than as if we were physically hurt, because the cut, burse, swollen, goes away in about a couple of weeks if even that.
